Oda Marie has a great fondness for high peaks, raw nature and meeting new people and there is no doubting her love for Lofoten and large parts of Arctic & Coastal Norway. Much of her education was gained in the Norwegian Armed Forces, with over eight years’ experience in operational management and logistics. Oda believes that the best experiences must be based on your aspirations and requirements, in order to tailor-make your unique adventure package. She aims to always deliver options that maximise our fantastic destinations. Oda is passionate about sustainability and responsible resource management. She combines this in her role as project manager and as one of our local hosts in the north.

Isabella was born and raised in Lofoten. She has a background and several years’ experience in sales and marketing. She is a high mountain enthusiast with a great passion for Arctic & Coastal Norway and the uniqueness each destination has to offer. Isabella is responsible for marketing, inspiring and informing and part of the team of local hosts you’ll meet at our destinations.

Marte grew up in Oslo but after multiple adventures in recent years, there is no doubt that she has a heart-felt connection to Arctic & Coastal Norway. It is the mountains and the people, as well as the unexpected possibilities of working with both, that have resonated with her. Marte has 10 years' experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces, with a focus on logistics and management. With military precision she fine tunes your experience so that you can enjoy the absolute best that Arctic & Coastal Norway has to offer. As a project manager, Marte is one of our exceptional local hosts and at the same time, works with development and collaborating with other key industry groups.

Nina Kristine comes from Bodø, her heart is in the north although she lives in the south of Norway today. She loves skiing, mountain walks, winter swimming, windsurfing and most things that involve being outside in nature. Nina Kristine is a co-founder and owner of NAC and is responsible for communication, sustainability, and social responsibility. She has extensive experience from the Norwegian business sector and has previously worked as communications director at Astrup Fearnley and Bulk Infrastructure. Additionally, she was employed by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy with a focus on exploration policy and the northern regions.

Fredrik is from Oslo but has a deep affinity for the north. He has been involved in adventure tourism and explorer cruises since 2002. He’s a passionate skier, climber and windsurfer who fell in love with Arctic & Coastal Norway and what the region has to offer in terms of natural experiences and culture. Fredrik is a co-founder and owner of the company and based at our Oslo office. He is responsible for business and product development as well as international sales.

Amund grew up in Arendal and now lives in Oslo while he studies tourism management and experience development. He used his confirmation money to become certified in sky diving, and lived his air-sports dream to the fullest at Voss Folkehøgskule in 2018/19. He loves skydiving, wind tunnels and travelling both abroad and in Norway. He looks forward to an active and exciting future in the tourism industry.

Marina is studying Media and Communication in Oslo. She grew up on Bleik, Andøya in Vesterålen. With the mountains as her nearest neighbours, Marina is particularly fond of anything that gets her heart rate up and the adrenaline kicking in. She has taken part in many diverse sports including football, horse-riding and cross-country running but especially enjoys being out on mountain hikes with fantastic views. In NAC, she works strategically and operationally with social media and campaigns.

Norwegian Adventure Guides (NAG) is a professional guide company established by IFMGA certified Gorm Gunleiksrud and Norwegian Adventure Company. We are certified mountain guides who are experts in guiding, in education and in safety on snow, mountains and ice. Our team includes specialist certified mountain bike guides and nature guides from the University of Tromsø. We are based in Arctic & Coastal Norway, with a main focus and local competence in the areas of Lofoten, Lyngen, Senja, Svalbard, Kvaløya, Finnmark, Andørja, Steigen, Bodø and Tromsø - but can offer guiding all over Norway.
