Welcome to the world’s most spectacular ski marathon and adventure weekend in Bodø! Set in an incredible landscape brimming with unique experiences, this will be a weekend to remember

Chase the Northern Lights

A journey this far north wouldn’t be complete without seeking the breathtaking Northern Lights. As a timeless inspiration for myths, legends, and art, the Northern Lights offer a truly magical experience. Our dedicated guides will lead you to the best locations for spotting the lights, and, weather permitting, we’ll gather around a cozy bonfire. Feel the Arctic silence and darkness envelop you – the perfect setting for an Aurora hunt!

Rib Adventure to the world's strongest whirlpool

Kick off the day with a thrilling RIB-boat tour led by a local guide. Explore Bodø and Salten region from the sea, uncovering the history of the area, its unique geology, and Saltstraumen—the world's strongest whirlpool. Navigate past picturesque islands with turquoise beaches and look out for whales and sea eagles.

Guided Cultural Walk

In the afternoon, join a city walk through Bodø, exploring street art, and the Stormen Cultural Centre, ending with a sweet treat at Craig Alibone Pâtisserie.

Sauna & Arctic Swim

End the day at the PUST sauna in Bodø's harbour. Experience the icy Arctic waters followed by a hot sauna—an invigorating finish to your day and a perfect warm-up for tomorrow’s race!

Day 3: The race day

The race day is finally here!

Start your day with a hearty breakfast—just a 5-minute walk from the starting area. Prepare for an unforgettable experience that blends nature, sport, and a lively festival atmosphere. After crossing the finish line, we'll gather in Rensåsparken inside the world's largest lavvu (Sami tent) to celebrate with fellow racers from around the globe, sharing food and stories.

Via Ferrata

It may be the last day of the trip, but what adventurer wants to leave Bodø without having experienced the spectacular Via Ferrata? Get ready for a challenge with a view of the beautiful Salten fjord and if we are lucky with the weather, the famous Lofoten Islands!

Experience Bodø's Via Ferrata, which is the world's northernmost Via Ferrata!

The only one allowing you to climb abovethe open sea. The climbing is done with a breathtaking view of the Vestfjord and Landegode island, and if you're lucky you might even see dolphins, sea eagles and whales while climbing, as they visit this area regularely. No previous climbing experience is needed to join us for an exhilarating climb with our experienced guides.

Experience Norwegian history through both military and civil aviation history. Get to know about the famous U-2 aircraft, check out the large collection of aircraft and discover the stories and secrets behind.
